The first system CD-ROM add on to a game console ever. The Turbo Grafx 16 CD added RCA AV cable output, Audio CD playback and games featuring Full Motion Video and anime style cutscenes. The legendary Castlevania Rondo of Blood was released for this in Japan in 1993. If you had this in 1990 you were baller.
